📋 Description

• ensuring compliance with supply chain policies and procedures • FAR/DFARS government regulation compliance • meeting all small business requirements including reporting • strong interpersonal and networking skills • analytical tasks with attention to detail • proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • maintaining reporting records • supporting supplier outreach and relationship building • evaluating Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements for Small Business utilization and participation • supporting the development and implementation of customer required subcontracting plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Government Supplier Diversity or Compliance work • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Supplier Diversity or Compliance work • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Supplier Diversity or compliance work • 4 years’ experience with Government contracts, FAR/DFARs • Preferred Additional Skills: Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related area • Applicable Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Acquisition Regulation System (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and processes affecting procurement and contractual functions • Lean or Six Sigma Process Improvement Experience • Research methods and techniques • Computer systems to prepare reports and documents with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • Ability to prioritize competing work assignments and initiative to complete tasks • Experience working in a fast-paced team environment, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate facts and to prepare concise oral and written reports • Experience with purchasing and supply chain best practices • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
