📋 Description

• Responsible for helping manage internal and external compliance reporting • Conduct compliance investigations • Evaluate, analyze, and identify trends, and implement preventive and corrective measures to prevent accidents • Monitor and assist in enforcement of DOT and FMCSA regulations to ensure compliance • Coordinate the task of qualifying FMCSA regulated drivers • Administer DOT mandated drug and alcohol testing • Facilitate and participate in driver and fleet safety committee meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 4-6 years of transportation compliance experience required • Expertise and extensive knowledge of DOT and FMCSA rules and regulations • Advanced computer skills with proficiency and working knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Self-starter with ability to take initiative and be an independent thinker • Must have strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Must have a high level of organization, the ability to multitask and manage time effectively • Must have strong communication and presentation skills • Physical demands include lifting up-to 25 lbs. infrequently
