📋 Description

• Identify, capture, and maintain project risks, issues, and opportunities in the risk register • Facilitate risk workshops with project teams, contractors, and subject matter experts • Perform qualitative assessments and contribute data for quantitative cost and schedule risk analysis • Track mitigation actions, owners, and due dates • Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for project controls and leadership reviews • Monitor emerging risks, early warning indicators, and changes in project scope or conditions • Support schedule risk reviews • Coordinate with planning, cost, estimating, engineering, and construction delivery teams • Escalate high-impact risks and recommend mitigation options for leadership approval • Ensure adherence to enterprise risk frameworks, tools, and governance standards • Coordinate operational tasks and execute risk-related activities associated with Machine Learning builds

🎯 Requirements

• Owner Furnished Equipment (OFE) supply chain risk program establishment • Refine OFE risk taxonomy and risk framework based on stakeholder feedback • Conduct risk identification workshops and calibrate risks • Document identified OFE cost and schedule risks in an OFE risk register in e-Builder • Design or recommend controls to prevent or reduce identified OFE risks • Establish General Contractor (GC) risk program and risk taxonomy • Identify and assess GCs utilized in data center construction projects • Conduct GC risk identification workshops and maintain a GC risk register in e-Builder • Support risk mitigation strategies for Machine Learning (ML) ramp • Membership or certification through a relevant risk domain association, including PMI (PMP, RMP), AACE (PRMP, DRMP), or RICS (MRICS or FRICS), is a bonus • Knowledge of Safran, @RISK, PRA, Deltek, or Omega is a bonus
