📋 Description

• Serve as the key client contact and liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp • Ensure successful interactions among Labcorp study team members for seamless study delivery • Provide project management oversight for client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management • Facilitate communications between clients and the extended Labcorp study team, including Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator • Review Statements of Work (SOWs) to ensure quality implementation of client-specific requirements • Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities • Represent client interests within Central Labs and across Labcorp business units • Understand the culture and pipeline of assigned clients with internal and external personnel • Participate in functional meetings and provide process input • Comply with the Central Labs Global Project Management strategy • Support continuous improvement, quality, and productivity

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 6 years or more of experience in clinical research • 2 years or more of project management experience • 2 years or more of direct client and stakeholder engagement experience • Proven ability to manage internal and external customer relationships, handle escalations, and deliver high-quality client support • Demonstrated ability to operate in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities • Strong ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and manage competing deadlines • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences preferred • 2 years or more of experience working within Labcorp's CLS group preferred
