📋 Description

• Interpret sponsor protocol requirements and translate them into precise, study-specific database designs for CLS projects • Apply technical, therapeutic area, client, and CLS process knowledge to deliver complete and accurate database designs • Engage with external clients throughout study design and development • Partner with internal departments to evaluate feasibility of client study design requests • Advise on study design decisions with the Global Study Manager, including risks and budget implications • Coordinate feasibility assessments, material transfer agreements, supply forecasting, and related communications • Incorporate follow-up actions into the database and global monitoring plan • Conduct thorough quality self-review • Document and address all client study design requirements • Manage a diverse portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexity

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • 7 or more years of professional experience working in clinical or preclinical research • 1 or more years of experience working directly with clients and stakeholders • Familiarity with clinical or preclinical research protocols • Strong scientific acumen with an investigative, analytical mindset • Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven relationship-building and relationship-management skills • Ability to manage shifting timelines, evolving priorities, and competing demands • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (preferred) • 2 or more years of experience working directly with clients and stakeholders (preferred)
