📋 Description

• Answer 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices and/or private insurance carriers • Initiate payment plans for patients with outstanding balances • Routinely utilize multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone • Maintain performance goals • Become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program • Work Monday–Friday on the assigned schedule

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent • Bilingual English and Spanish • 1 year or more customer service experience • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment • Professionally fluent in both English and Spanish • Attention to detail and focused • Ability to perform successfully in a team environment • Excellent organizational skills • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency • Excellent communication skills • Energetic, passionate customer service • Ability to seek solutions to challenging patient billing issues • Preferred: 1 year or more call center experience • Preferred: 1 year or more medical billing, insurance claims, and explanation of benefits (EOB) • Preferred: 1 year or more patient billing
