📋 Description

• Serve as the key contact for clients and liaison between clients, CROs, and Labcorp • Lead interactions among Labcorp study team members to ensure seamless study delivery • Provide project management oversight for client deliverables through budget, risk, and milestone management • Facilitate communications between clients and the extended Labcorp study team, including Study Design Lead and Regional Study Coordinator • Review statements of work (SOW) to ensure quality implementation of client-specific requirements • Manage a portfolio of global, high-complexity studies • Act as a client ambassador within Labcorp Central Laboratory Services and across Labcorp business units • Document and act on customer expectations in compliance with regulatory requirements • Manage conflicting priorities and make difficult decisions in dynamic environments • Implement, monitor, and report performance metrics • Participate in continuous process improvement, quality, and productivity initiatives • Work with internal and external personnel to understand assigned-client culture and pipeline • Build internal and external relationships to deliver projects on time and within budget • Participate in functional meetings and provide input while keeping processes up to date • Comply with the LCLS Global Project Management strategy • Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • 5 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO industry • 5 or more years of experience managing complex global clinical projects, including budget, risk, timeline and stakeholder management • 5 or more years of experience in client facing (internal and external stakeholder) and stakeholder management • Proven ability to drive project execution, influence cross-functional teams and deliver results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment • Ability to lead client communications confidently, manage expectations, influence outcomes, and build long-term trusted partnerships • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to influence without direct authority, align cross-functional teams, and remove roadblocks • Proven ability to think beyond immediate project tasks and contribute to broader client, operational, and organizational objectives • Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client experience • Demonstrated success in process improvement, change management or operational excellence initiatives • Excellent understanding of clinical trials, project management methodologies, and clinical development processes • Strong ownership mindset with a demonstrated record of accountability, independent decision-making, and successful execution of complex projects • Proven ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop proactive solutions that support client and business objectives
