• Serve as the statistical lead on high-profile client-facing projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams • Design studies • Develop statistical analysis plans • Oversee analyses • Provide strategic statistical leadership for high-quality, scientifically rigorous real-world evidence generation • Support consulting work, pharmacovigilance, and registry coordination within the Real-World Science department
• Master’s degree and/or Doctorate degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Mathematics or a related quantitative field required • An equivalency consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience may be considered sufficient • Minimum 5–8 years post Master’s or 3-5 years post-doctorate experience of applied statistical programming experience in a research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or medical setting required • Demonstrated experience leading complex observational research studies, such as longitudinal, EMR, or registry data, required • Experience working with complex longitudinal registry or real-world data required • Demonstrated knowledge of retrospective and prospective observational study designs and related methodologies required • Advanced proficiency in R required • Strong understanding of statistical methodology for observational and longitudinal data analyses • Ability to independently lead projects, prioritize competing deliverables, and manage multiple timelines • Strong scientific, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills • Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and communicate complex statistical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, reproducible analyses and documentation • Excellent written communication skills and adherence to statistical programming and code documentation best practices • Ability to make independent judgments under limited supervision • Strong interpersonal and collaborative team-oriented skills • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check, including a drug screening
