📋 Description
• Provide strategic legal counsel across real estate and facilities matters • Review and negotiate complex commercial leases • Manage outside counsel and ensure compliance with laws • Advise on employee health and workplace safety regulations • Collaborate with business teams on real estate strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • 5+ years of relevant legal experience focused on commercial real estate and facilities-related matters • Active admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • 5+ years of experience in commercial leasing and real estate law • Proven ability to operate with minimal supervision • Working knowledge of Stark and Anti-Kickback regulations as applied to leasing
