🎯 Requirements

• Mastery: Solid construction project scheduling and controls capability that take into account strategic objectives and the broad context you are operating in together with robust software-specific knowledge (eg. Primavera P6). • Communication: The charisma, influence and presence to get construction people to do new things and take the best approach. • Leadership: A proven leader/coach/developer of teams. • Impact: A track record of implementing scalable and repeatable solutions in projects that had a significant positive impact. • Proficient specific software skills and a strong interest in data. Knowledge and experience in other fields beyond project controls. • Master of effective communication from the site to the boardroom. • A proven leader/coach/developer of teams of teams. • Impacts that have gone beyond your project and improved organisations as a whole in a way that has spread to others.
