📋 Description

• Conduct research and analysis to advance seed and crop protection products • Collaborate with the local team on a business-critical project • Support the Market Development Agronomist and sales team with agronomic insights that aid sales execution • Contribute to advancing WinField United seed and crop protection products • Participate in a hands-on, purpose-driven internship with networking opportunities and facility tours • Gain skills through a project intended to impact career development

🎯 Requirements

• Sophomore or Junior undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Agronomy, Crop Science, Ag Systems Technology, Digital Agronomy, Agriculture, or related field (preferred) • Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record • Required GPA of 3.0 or higher • Interest in pursuing an advanced degree in Agronomy, Crop Sciences, or related field (preferred) • Interest in technical agronomy and becoming a subject matter expert (preferred) • Prior experience in sales or ag retail, with a focus on customer interaction (preferred) • Familiarity with the ag retail system (preferred) • Excellent communication, writing, and critical thinking skills (preferred) • Ability to manage time, prioritize, and implement projects and general work tasks (preferred) • Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems (preferred) • Flexible and able to adapt to changing business surroundings (preferred) • Must be available for an 11-week internship from May through August 2027 • Must be able to travel throughout the summer
