📋 Description

• Engage with growers and retailers on business development, customer relationship, and sales skills • Learn about WinField United products and services • Utilize field trial testing to uncover yield potential through nutrients, crop protection, and seed • Bring targeted insights to growers via total acre solutions • Complete a business-critical project • Network with industry leaders • Tour state-of-the-art facilities • Participate in an 11-week summer internship from May through August 2027 • Travel throughout the duration of the summer • Potentially transition into the WinField United Associate Program, a full-time two-year rotational program

🎯 Requirements

• Sophomore or Junior undergraduate pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in agronomy, crop & soil science, agriculture business, ag sales, ag systems management, or another related field • Possess a valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record • GPA of 3.0 or higher • Prior agronomy or ag retail experience, with a focus on customer interaction preferred • Familiarity with the ag retail system preferred • Ability to work without direct supervision preferred • Excellent communication, writing, and critical thinking skills preferred • Ability to manage time, prioritize, and implement projects and general work tasks preferred • Resourceful and innovative in finding solutions to problems preferred • Flexible and able to adapt to changing business surroundings preferred • Ability to travel throughout the summer
