📋 Description

• Lead development of Lark's core mobile app and AI coaching from concept to launch • Use hypothesis-driven methods, market analysis, user testing, and data to define and refine features • Own part of the product roadmap and translate user insights and business goals into initiatives, user stories, product requirements, and launch plans • Run experiments, select appropriate metrics, and use evidence to support product decisions • Define and track key results and communicate outcomes to stakeholders and leadership • Partner with Enrollment and EHR teams on shared work and member outcomes • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver member-focused features

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of shipping consumer mobile products and features • Experience shipping AI-powered features • Strong analytics and experimentation instincts • Fluency with Braintrust, Mixpanel, Looker, or Snowflake • Familiarity with modern lean product development methodologies • Experience working within a distributed team environment • Understanding of behavior change and the distinction between coaching and clinical care • Experience with the Medicare or older-adult population, or in B2C health, wellness, or fitness • Familiarity with responsible AI practices and healthcare-specific considerations • Must reside within the United States • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or address sponsorship requirements
