📋 Description

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and virtual consultations • Conduct personalized consultations by phone or video call • Educate prospective customers about LaserAway’s aesthetic treatments • Initiate outbound calls to company-generated leads • Build trust and rapport with customers • Present treatment plans and LaserAway services • Collaborate with Location Directors, Patient Care Coordinators, and Regional Directors on scheduling and patient experiences • Educate customers on financing options and payment plans • Address customer disputes and concerns with internal teams • Collaborate with medical professionals to uphold protocols and brand standards • Support colleagues and contribute to a team-oriented culture

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred • Minimum of 3 years of remote consultative sales experience in a high-ticket industry, or equivalent experience in commission-based luxury retail, beauty, or aesthetic dermatology • Exceptional consultative sales abilities focused on understanding customer needs • Strong communication and organizational skills • Excellent presentation capabilities • Proactive, detail-oriented professional • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment • Must be available for evenings, weekends, and varying shifts • Candidates must be located in Florida
