📋 Description

• Full ownership of our social presence (TikTok, YT, IG, X) across all channels • Understand the platforms mechanically (not just culturally) • Feed the algorithm without sacrificing authenticity • Show up consistently in a space where consistency is everything

🎯 Requirements

• 2 yrs of managing Social Media channels for a brand, owning growth, and engagement • Deep understanding of how platform algorithms work and how to use that knowledge to drive real results. • Strong communication skills able to write copy that sounds human and engaging without a lot of hand-holding. • Active D&D / TTRPG player or game master: speaks the community's language natively • Experience in gaming, entertainment, or community-driven brands • Video editing skills in TikTok, CapCut, AI Tools, etc • Leveraged content scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
