📋 Description

• Design the Enterprise Developer Advocacy program from pilot to repeatable practice, including session formats, account selection criteria, readouts, and measurement • Deliver education-first technical sessions inside target enterprise accounts on agents and AgentControl, safe rollouts, experimentation, and runtime control • Tailor sessions to each account's technology stack and use cases • Partner with AEs, SEs, and CS to identify accounts and develop internal champions • Hand off qualified expansion opportunities to the appropriate field teams • Protect the non-promotional, education-first nature of sessions • Instrument the pilot, produce session readouts, debrief with representatives, and recommend whether to scale, adjust, or stop based on data • Define how the motion scales and create a playbook for future advocates

🎯 Requirements

• Background spanning at least two of developer advocacy, solutions engineering, developer education, and technical marketing • Ability to teach technical sessions to approximately fifty engineers and handle challenging questions from skeptical principal architects • Hands-on technical credibility; ability to build, demo, and teach • Strong operational ability to run a repeatable program, prioritize demand, and keep commitments to the field • Minimum of 12 years of related experience • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time • Experience with feature management, experimentation, observability, or agent orchestration tooling (bonus) • Experience building a customer-facing technical program from scratch, such as workshops, DevDays, or office hours (bonus) • Deep enterprise software background and understanding of how large engineering organizations make platform decisions (bonus)
