📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise ETL processes using IBM InfoSphere DataStage to support HRC application structures. • Design complex data mapping and transformation logic to ensure data integrity across disparate sources within the Army’s data warehouse environment. • Provide expert-level database systems maintenance aligned to Cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) requirements, ensuring ETL compliance with strict security protocols. • Review and deliver technical solutions across the full development lifecycle—from ingestion through transformation and reporting. • Implement and manage advanced job scheduling/monitoring to ensure 24/7 reliability of ETL pipelines. • Produce high-quality technical documentation including data flow diagrams (Visio), mapping specifications, and system architecture briefs.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced, hands-on experience with IBM InfoSphere DataStage and strong knowledge of ETL best practices/patterns. • Strong working knowledge of SQL database environments, including SQL tuning and schema management. • Must hold DoDI 8570.01-M IAT Level III / Technical Level III certification. • Proven track record supporting data warehousing, XML/HTML, and open-source development environments. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex transformations for non-technical stakeholders. • Must be able to work effectively in a remote environment. • Active Secret clearance. • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
