📋 Description
• Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, courts, etc. • Legal research • Prepare pleadings, correspondence and other legal documents • E-filing in both State and Federal Courts • Assist with trial preparation • Prepare Exhibit Binders and work with Witnesses • Daily Paralegal duties and do whatever is necessary
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of Paralegal experience in Civil Litigation • Proficient in legal research in either LexisNexis or Westlaw or other research tools • Experience working with the Southern California District Courts • Experience in legal drafting • Strong written and verbal communication skills and organized • Able to work fully remote, and be disciplined to do so effectively
