⢠Generate new business in new and existing accounts to drive profitable sales growth ⢠Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts ⢠Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base ⢠Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions ⢠Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals ⢠Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets ⢠Collaborate with production and materials teams to ensure timely product delivery ⢠Monitor market trends and competitor activities ⢠Provide regular sales reports, budgets, and forecasts to management ⢠Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company
⢠Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a Textile related field ⢠Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the textile or manufacturing industry ⢠Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills ⢠Ability to work independently and as part of a team ⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint and Excel ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities ⢠Willingness to travel as needed ⢠Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
