đź“‹ Description

• Assist with management and organization of clinical services for patients entering CARD • Assist with diagnostic and incoming intake evaluations through clinical observation, assessment, and report writing for CARD ABA services • Gather and document necessary information, assess needs, and coordinate services to facilitate access to ongoing care and support • Provide accurate assessment, evaluation, and treatment to patients • Manage and organize incoming patients through the CARD Admissions process • Assist in updating and implementing patient admission and intake workflows and processes • Collaborate with departments to ensure standards and regulations are followed • Assist in ensuring services exceed CARD’s clinical quality standards • Collect and record patient progress data with high fidelity • Communicate with patients, families, and colleagues • Provide a safe and supportive environment • Maintain accurate and timely records and HIPAA compliance • Represent CARD professionally and ethically • Adhere to CARD policies and procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Ability to work collaboratively with team members • Ability to work independently to problem solve • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication • Excellent time management skills and flexibility • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment • Desire to continuously learn and develop skillsets • Willingness to work in a variety of locations, including centers and patient homes • Willingness to work with a variety of patients and caregivers • Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance for some locations • Ability to sit for prolonged periods • Ability to work on a computer throughout the majority of the day • Ability to use and speak on the phone or via teleconference
