📋 Description

• Provide unbiased, holistic financial guidance directly to employees • Meet and engage with clients remotely over video, chat, and email • Advise on the LearnLux methodology and respond to changing financial environments • Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute subject matter expertise to improve the LearnLux digital experience • Become an expert on clients’ benefit plans and support them as an extension of their team during open enrollment • Report to the Director of Financial Planning

🎯 Requirements

• CFP® designation required • Passion for educating individuals about their financial future • Ability to perform several tasks concurrently, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members • Ability to take initiative and execute • Experience in multiple areas of personal finance, including retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, student loans, cash flow planning, digital currencies, estate planning, and insurance • CPA, Enrolled Agent, or similar (preferred) • Certification in Credit Counseling (preferred) • Additional certifications (preferred) • Startup and/or Fintech experience (preferred) • Bilingual Spanish (preferred) • Experience creating presentations and presenting to large audiences virtually or in person (preferred) • Availability to work occasional evenings and Saturdays (preferred) • Ability to occasionally travel to on-site events (preferred)
