• Lead implementation of strategy for LEEs talent matching platform for LEE members and partners in the civic leadership space • Develop and manage a coordinated partner engagement strategy for hiring partners, fellowship hosts, and others seeking to engage LEE talent • Collaborate with fellowship program leads to identify priority host profiles, build cultivation lists, engage in outreach, and strengthen the partner experience • Codify internal playbook that support consistent engagement across the talent matching platform, fellowships, and other Policy & Advocacy opportunities • Design and implement training/support for staff and external partners using the talent matching platform • Lead the recruitment and onboarding of select Hiring Partners and fellowship hosts to engage with LEEs talent via the talent matching platform, fellowships, and other Policy & Advocacy offerings • Develop member-facing resources and guidance that help members strengthen their profiles, identify aligned opportunities, and engage with LEEs broader talent pathway supports • Drive and track the volume of member profile completion and optimization within the talent matching platform to improve match quality and increase member visibility for relevant leadership opportunities • Lead and partner with other teams to design and execute member engagement tactics that communicate the value of the talent matching platform and related Policy & Advocacy career supports • Support integration of talent matching platform into all Policy & Advocacy workflows so that members experience the platform as part of a broader leadership pathway • Align internal teams around shared talent matching platform goals, user growth targets, and member engagement metrics • Analyze member, partner, and platform engagement data to identify gaps, strengthen partner experience, and recommend adjustments for future scaling • Identify key pain points and barriers; analyze platform engagement metrics to provide recommendations for improvements • Lead or contribute to team-level, organization-wide, or cross-team special projects as assigned by manager or designee • Provide short-term coverage of teams and/or projects during a leave, vacancy, or PTO
• Bachelors degree or commensurate years of work experience (If you do not hold a Bachelors degree an additional 4 years of relevant experience is required. If you hold an Associates degree an additional 2 years of relevant experience is required) • 6+ years of relevant professional work experience in talent management and/or member-facing experiences in partnerships, sales, or business development • Experience driving cross-functional project alignment and managing stakeholder workflows in a highly matrixed organization • Proven track record of building relationships and translating value propositions across diverse audiences to drive partner onboarding, scale the network, and maximize user value • Demonstrated experience mapping user journeys and translating member talent and partner hiring needs into clear engagement strategies, platform workflows, and member cultivation opportunities • Excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills with a focus on managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously • Ability to identify and interpret digital engagement metrics and analyze trends that inform strategy • Entrepreneurial and innovative mindset with a strong outcomes orientation • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within a geographically dispersed team • Strong, demonstrated commitment to LEEs mission, core values, and theory of change.
