📋 Description

• Review clinical and administrative records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency • Conduct routine quality assurance audits and document findings • Identify areas for workflow improvement and process efficiency • Maintain accurate reports, logs, and internal documentation • Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership as needed • Support compliance with internal procedures and quality standards • Collaborate with team members on process improvement initiatives • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, administration, or related field preferred • 1+ year of experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, auditing, records review, or related work preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
