📋 Description

• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions • Prepare and send invoices to clients • Process payroll and maintain employee records • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting • Maintain accurate and organized financial records • Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters • Assist with tax preparation and filing • Provide support to the financial team as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in a financial role • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quickbooks • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Experience with tax preparation and filing is a plus
