📋 Description

• Conduct policy analysis and research related to policies, regulations, guidance, and legislative requirements • Provide recommendations for policy updates and improvements • Support strategic policy planning and implementation aligned with DoD policies, federal regulations, and organizational priorities • Monitor program activities and support quality assurance efforts • Maintain QA processes, identify issues, and develop recommendations for improvement • Analyze program data and prepare standardized and ad hoc reports, spreadsheets, and analytical products • Coordinate and track reporting requirements for accurate and timely completion of reports, deliverables, and documentation • Maintain program records, databases, rosters, and knowledge repositories according to records management requirements • Coordinate with internal and external organizations and federal agencies • Support meeting planning and coordination, including agendas, materials, action items, schedules, and suspense tracking • Serve as backup to the Program Manager and support program management activities as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen • All work must be performed within the United States • Must be able to successfully complete a DoD background security investigation • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as public policy, political science, public administration, or business administration • Active PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification • 5+ years of experience supervising or overseeing large groups of personnel • Experience with policy planning, technical and legislative support, and quality assurance • Experience using databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools • Ability to perform data and statistical analysis • Experience with records management and maintaining program documentation • Experience implementing DoD and Department of Veterans Affairs policies and federal regulations and maintaining compliance preferred • Knowledge of DoD disability evaluation programs and applicable regulations preferred • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
