📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines connecting ERP systems, CRM platforms, relational databases, flat files, and APIs • Transform raw data into structured event logs and case tables for IBM Process Mining ingestion • Perform data profiling, cleansing, deduplication, and normalization • Manage iterative data pulls as process models and data requirements evolve • Load event and transaction log data into IBM Process Mining and configure case, activity, and timestamp mappings • Collaborate with process analysts and stakeholders to build, validate, and iterate process models • Support root cause analysis, conformance checking, and performance analysis • Identify bottlenecks, deviations, and rework loops and communicate findings to business stakeholders • Process desktop activity and event logs from task mining tools • Correlate task mining data with transaction logs to produce enriched end-to-end process views • Validate task mining event structures and resolve data quality issues • Partner with IT, database administrators, and application owners to access data and understand source schemas • Document ETL pipelines, data dictionaries, transformation logic, and model configurations • Communicate data limitations, assumptions, and model constraints to non-technical stakeholders • Support process improvement initiatives with data-driven insights from process model outputs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related technical field • 3+ years of experience in ETL development, data engineering, or data integration roles • Proficiency in SQL for complex querying, joins, and data transformation across SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL • Experience with Python or R for data manipulation, scripting, and automation, including pandas, NumPy, and SQLAlchemy • Experience working with event logs, transaction logs, or time-series data in an analytical context • Familiarity with process mining concepts, including case ID, activity, timestamp structures, and XES or equivalent event log formats • Strong data profiling and data quality assessment skills • Ability to work iteratively in a fast-paced environment where requirements evolve based on model outputs • Must be a U.S. citizen due to access requirements for sensitive, controlled data • Preferred: hands-on experience with IBM Process Mining or similar tools such as Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or Minit • Preferred: experience with task mining platforms such as UiPath Task Mining or Microsoft Task Mining • Preferred: familiarity with ETL orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow, Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory • Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP data platforms and services • Preferred: knowledge of BPMN and Lean or Six Sigma process improvement frameworks • Preferred: experience in government contracting or a regulated industry • Preferred: Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline
