📋 Description

• Draft and maintain documentation of IAM systems and processes • Support ongoing Authority to Operate (ATO) activities for IAM systems and processes • Support development and implementation of solutions addressing identity and access challenges across enterprise environments • Support implementation of system and process changes through the Change Management process • Process engineering tickets to address customer needs and requests • Communicate effectively with internal security teams • Support escalations from operational teams • Support IAM team security initiatives and operational teams • Work to solve routine technical problems following established procedures and policies • Assist in developing solutions and processes using basic principles, theories, and concepts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field, or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Information Technology or a related discipline • Additional years of experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree • Basic knowledge of Cyber Security and ability to apply principles, theories, and concepts in the Identity and Access Management domain • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience with authentication and authorization technologies and protocols, including SAML, Kerberos, NTLM, OIDC, and OAuth • Knowledge of multi-factor authentication technologies, including PKI, OTP, biometrics, and other authentication factors • 2+ years of experience with Identity Governance Administration platforms and process implementation • Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCITP, MCTS, and/or SANS certifications • Ability to work semi-independently with moderate oversight • Analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
