📋 Description

• Plan and oversee diverse activities within the program finance organization • Lead a team of experienced professionals • Provide vision and strategic insights and recommend policies and processes • Develop understanding of customer missions and requirements to provide tailored feedback • Lead development of new products and processes for complex customer needs • Communicate with internal and external parties and influence policies, practices, and procedures beyond the finance team • Identify programmatic risks and develop mitigation plans with Program Managers and financial analysts • Recommend and implement cost reduction measures • Support on-contract growth and new business proposals • Develop cash flow, business case, profitability, and financial execution analyses • Develop and drive execution of the commercial space program’s Annual Operating Plan, quarterly forecasts, and EACs • Support month-end closing and perform variance and trend analyses • Align initiatives with Division and Business Area goals • Drive divisional cash management, milestone tracking, collections, and inventory optimization • Manage indirect budgets supporting emerging programs within the Kinetic Effects Business Area

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline • 4–8 years of related experience • Knowledge of multiple contract types, including FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus, and hybrid contracts • Knowledge of contract terms and conditions and billing/reporting requirements • Analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to operate independently • Ability to support multiple tasks in parallel • Ability to contribute to and lead team environments • Effective communication with management, coworkers, and customers • Self-motivated and highly organized • Focus on managing customer expectations and producing high-quality products
