📋 Description

• Work as members of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment • Solve challenging problems involved with electric transmission • Serve as Engineers on electric transmission line design projects • Apply NESC, ASCE, ACI and other standards in engineering and design • Perform engineering analyses, prepare bidding documents, draft plans and specifications • Prepare material procurement and construction documents • Interact with multi-person Leidos team and clients • Involve in project planning, environmental, permitting, and construction management personnel • Possible work in client office and periodic travel (up to 10-15%)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or mechanical engineering • 4+ years of relevant experience for Mid-Senior Level • 8+ years of relevant experience for Lead Level • 2+ years of demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or supervisory experience • Experience in reviewing full transmission line designs including PLS-CADD models • Knowledge of NESC, ACI, AISC, and ASCE code requirements • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Proven ability to communicate with clients and project teams • Expert-level proficiency in PLS-CADD • Experience with foundation analysis software such as LPILE or FAD Tools • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
