📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the day-to-day ServiceNow product backlog based on business value • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and customer requests • Define user stories and acceptance criteria; ensure backlog items are ready for development • Partner with the Scrum Master to maintain sprint readiness and backlog health • Represent the business in sprint reviews and demos; gather and incorporate feedback • Review and validate AI-generated meeting summaries and requirements for accuracy before they enter the backlog • Report on delivered value and backlog progress to the team and stakeholders • Escalate competing priorities across product areas to ServiceNow platform leadership • Partner with the Scrum Master to establish an Agile development practice for the ServiceNow team and expand platform capabilities with EmployeeWorks, NowAssist, AI Control Tower, HRSD, and L1 Support Agent

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree • Experience managing a backlog or an equivalent prioritization and requirements function • Excellent stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills • Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities • Strong background in Agile development • Must be a US Citizen • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent (preferred) • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (preferred) • Experience with ServiceNow modules ITOM, HAM, SAM, CSM, HRSD, AICT (preferred) • Experience rolling out AI capabilities especially ServiceNow NowAssist (preferred)
