📋 Description

• Support the National Airspace System Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) • Provide construction oversight for projects in coordination with Project Engineers, Contracting Officer Representatives, and Contracting Officers • Monitor construction activities, reporting progress and issues • Ensure alignment with project scope, schedule, and objectives • Provide on-site construction monitoring, coordination, and quality assurance services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited) • 10+ years of experience in construction of commercial, industrial, or government facilities • Strong knowledge of construction methods, plans/specifications, building materials, and applicable codes and quality standards • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, engineers, and government stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and construction document review tools (e.g., Bluebeam or similar) • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, work flexible schedules (including nights/weekends), and meet travel requirements (valid driver’s license and passport)
