📋 Description

• Own Lemon.io’s technical roadmap and align engineering efforts with business impact • Lead and grow an engineering team that ships quickly and iterates continuously • Address automated vetting, intelligent matching at scale, and demand-side bottlenecks • Make prioritization decisions about what to build, skip, or discontinue • Work directly with the founder and product team to define success criteria • Build an engineering culture focused on ownership, speed, and low bureaucracy • Make critical architecture decisions • Be accountable for the speed and quality of shipped work • Participate hands-on in product decisions and engineering work
