📋 Description

• Process guest and owner requests • Manage a large number of call intakes during peak seasons and holidays • Give quotes, take payments, issue refunds, and develop, maintain, and edit listings • Answer calls and assist guests and prospective guests with quotes, reservations, questions, payments, and issue resolution • Message guests, answer questions, provide quotes, resolve issues, and minimize losses • Ensure rates match established codes and document exceptions • Verify and adjust guest billing • Answer, record, and process guest calls, requests, questions, and concerns; follow up to ensure guest satisfaction • Negotiate with online listing platforms and OTAs to attain optimal resolution in disputes • Work on assigned projects during the slower season • Adjust schedules to cover vacations or appointments within the department • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and comply with quality assurance standards • Maintain professional communication and appearance and build positive working relationships • Assist individuals with disabilities and respond appropriately to guest and associate concerns • Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors

🎯 Requirements

• Friendly, customer-oriented approach • Must be available to work in different time zones within the US • Must be able to work some holidays and evenings • Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays • High school diploma or G.E.D.; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Vocational School Degree or Business Certification • Advanced computer skills and aptitude for software systems • Strong customer service orientation and skills • Highly organized • Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills • Exceptional teamwork • Clear, concise communication skills, verbal and written • Proficiency with Airbnb, Booking.com, Hospitable, VRBO, RHEA, and Logix • Ability to negotiate with online travel agencies when disputes arise • Consistent attention to detail • Ability to work under hectic conditions and prioritize multiple tasks
