📋 Description

• Manage the operational and direct auto purchase sales processes of a specific metropolitan region • Seek new vendors to join Lendmark Financial Services' dealer network • Inquire, sign, and set up new direct auto dealers • Manage and maintain dealer relationships • Train dealer personnel • Update senior leaders on industry trends • Address dealer service issues • Manage risk relative to the position • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution • 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience or related field • Ability to deliver effective product/service presentations • Negotiation and final-closing skills • Ability to prioritize and work with limited supervision • Self-starter • Ability to provide effective dealer servicing and retention • Ability to manage risk relative to the position
