📋 Description

• Review electronic documentation • Identify and validate transaction details • Set up nonfraud dispute cases in the Velera processing platform • Process incoming fraud and/or non-fraud cardholder dispute cases • Research and resolve cardholder claims of fraud and/or error • Process chargebacks and recover funds • Comply with card association and regulatory guidelines and timeframes • Mitigate losses • Maintain high productivity and accuracy • Provide high-quality service to cardholders and credit unions • Explain complex information clearly and exercise sound judgment in decisions • Maintain confidentiality and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required • One (1) year customer service experience required • Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience preferred • Minimum one (1) year working in payments preferred • General knowledge of card brand processing (Visa, etc.) preferred • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to give presentations using audiovisual support aids • Excellent reading comprehension and problem-solving skills • Strong attention to detail • Excellent organizational, time management, and quantitative skills • Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment • Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software applications • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Flexibility and ability to work under high pressure in a complex environment
