📋 Description

• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of loan closings • Verify locks, hazard and flood insurance coverage • Review outstanding items on title commitments • Ensure that loans do not close until underwriting contingencies have been cleared • Assist Branch Manager with supervision of loan closing associates • Anticipate loan-funding requirements • Maintain the proper timeline to manage funding volume • Follow up on all documentation related to submitting files to Corporate Closed Loans • Coordinate closings with lenders, escrow and pipeline coordinators, branch managers and loan officers • Monitor fees charged and collected and fees waived to reconcile lender payments with demands (brokered)

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years funding and/processing experience, including conventional and government • Strong computer background with 3 to 5 years experience in mortgage software and working knowledge of Excel and Word for Windows • Strong verbal communications skills • Excellent analytical capabilities • Strong knowledge of preliminary title report endorsements and potential for problems with same
