📋 Description

• Set up and maintain plan take-off information, including complete entry for new and revised plans • Set up and maintain option take-offs for all plans and communities within assigned divisions • Monitor home site (lot) budgeting in compliance with projected start dates • Review preliminary lot starts prior to finalizing • Interact with estimating and division purchasing to resolve issues • Generate and maintain supplier/trade partner item pricing using the upload/download process • Update purchase orders as directed by division partners to maintain current costs, quantities, or Trade Partners • Respond to varying workload and pace according to business needs • Process Z-Report tickets • Process AV report tickets • Process PO deletion tickets • Develop trusted relationships with Division leaders and support division operations

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent • Computer literate with efficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word • JD Edwards experience preferred • Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills • Ability to professionally perform multiple detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines • Strong work ethic, integrity, and loyalty • Team player with ability to work under pressure • Ability to operate computer equipment • Ability to speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs • Finger dexterity necessary
