📋 Description

• Lead and manage end-to-end procurement-related initiatives from concept through execution, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget • Translate business goals into procurement strategies and project plans aligned with company priorities • Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Finance, and IT stakeholders • Develop and execute the procurement technology roadmap • Define and document requirements for systems, tools, and digital workflows • Serve as the communication bridge across departments and manage stakeholder expectations • Gather and synthesize business requirements for tool selection, process redesign, and capability enhancements • Map current- and future-state procurement workflows • Ensure initiatives comply with medical device regulatory requirements and company standards • Define KPIs and success metrics, track progress, and report outcomes to executive leadership • Value stream map people, processes, and tools to address business user stories • Assist with procedure development, training, and rollout of IT and analytics tools • Translate complex data into insights and strategies for business performance, supplier collaboration, and procurement excellence • Identify cost savings, operational efficiencies, and strategic sourcing improvements through data analytics • Define master data elements, governance, and measurable performance indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or related field required • 7+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project management roles • Experience ideally within medical device, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional, high-visibility initiatives • Strong understanding of sourcing systems, digital procurement platforms, and technology enablement • Experience with project management tools and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Smartsheet, and MS Project • Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies and decisions using ERP, SAP, Ariba, and Excel • 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a data-related role, preferably in procurement or supply chain • Knowledge of FDA/GxP compliance and ISO standards relevant to medical device manufacturing • Experience with ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Coupa, and Ariba • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proven expertise in Power BI, including Power Query and data modeling • Expertise in master data management and governance within supply chain • Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma training • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without employment visa sponsorship • MBA or PMP certification preferred
