📋 Description

• Develop and drive a highly visible roadmap • Collaborate with data science, design, UX, and engineering to bring new features to market • Use AI to accelerate discovery, generate and pressure-test feature hypotheses, and move from insight to decision faster • Lead development of digital tools that streamline the sales process and improve selling performance and home sales • Partner cross-functionally to integrate digital products and systems into a cohesive sales workflow • Analyze behavioral data, suggest improvements, and conduct A/B tests to increase conversion • Understand user experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate ideas that drive adoption and growth • Use AI tools to draft product briefs and user stories, synthesize customer feedback, and stress-test product decisions • Translate high-level strategy into detailed technical requirements and high-fidelity prototypes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 4+ years of product management experience building digital products • Deep domain expertise in product management strategy, tools, and methodologies • Proven ability to manage and align cross-functional stakeholders, driving clarity, collaboration, and accountability across teams • Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, Fullstory, and Hotjar • Strong project management skills to prioritize standard tasks, test activations, team bandwidth, and overall deliverables • Strong communication skills and executive presence; effective presenter and collaborator • Ability to think strategically, prioritize, identify, and resolve problems in a complex, dynamic environment
