📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for differentiated service • Synthesize feedback and translate it into product features • Develop public-facing messaging and narrative • Align product teams and cross-functional partners • Make judgments and prioritization decisions in the best interests of users • Execute efficiently to ship products and deliver impact for the business and users • Drive specific features that are part of every launch • Determine how product features are communicated to the external world • Own product success throughout the lifecycle from concept to release • Represent the user voice and collaborate with cross-functional design and engineering teams to build a differentiated service experience

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience • Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media • Demonstrated inbound and subject matter expertise • Ability to build compelling customer-focused stories and work with marketing and communications partners • Demonstrated track record of product leadership in a cross-functional environment • Experience building and scaling global consumer products and ecosystems • Entrepreneurial track record of taking an idea to reality and leading teams through a dynamic environment • Experience working on consumer products with a financial component • Strong ability to use data and perform business analysis to support product strategy and decisions • Ability to drive execution across teams in a fast-paced environment • Enjoyment of individual contributor product management work and staying in the details • Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity
