📋 Description

• Define detailed product requirements by translating customer workbooks, operating procedures, RFP requirements, and capability maps into roadmap priorities and build-ready specifications • Work daily with design and engineering in the Onomi 360 codebase • Create thin production slices and prototypes, make scope decisions, and validate the running product with customers • Use AI-based prototyping and customer validation in daily work • Collaborate with meetings operations, compliance, medical affairs, finance, agencies, and customer data teams • Define integrations with Veeva, Salesforce, Snowflake, and consent systems • Own venue-sourcing and fair-market-value partner integrations • Maintain clear documentation of product claims, demos, and shipped functionality • Take over a customer migration from meeting request forms to Onomi 360, including specification, build, history migration, and customer sessions • Meet early-access customers and design partners • Define roadmap priorities, specify work for engineering, and separate aspirational, forward-looking, and committed product plans • Specify the end-to-end MeetingsEQ product from request through approval, budget, HCP registration, ToV, and reporting • Drive customer adoption of Onomi 360 to replace Excel-based meeting and ToV workflows • Support production expansion, full ToV reporting cycles, RFP wins, and broader HCP engagement usage

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building or operating life-sciences meetings, compliance, or transparency workflows spanning approval, budgeting, transfer of value (ToV), and closure • Practical knowledge of EFPIA and Sunshine disclosure • HCP data and integration fluency across Veeva, Salesforce, OneKey, and NPI • Understanding of match rates and data-team expectations for write-back • Ability to translate operating processes into states, rules, configuration, permissions, and audit events • Ability to sequence the smallest production slice that proves the model while addressing architectural and compliance questions • Bias to execute: ship, prototype, and put products in front of users in days • Precise writing and direct communication • Technical and AI fluency; experience working in Claude Code or OpenAI Codex • Understanding of code, data flows, architecture, and the software development lifecycle from RFC and specification through review, release, and support • Fluent English (written and spoken) • Availability to work remotely from Europe or the US Eastern or Central time zones • Willingness to travel approximately 10–20%
