• Coordinate and manage candidate interviews across multiple time zones • Partner with administrative staff to support candidate travel and onsite interview logistics • Serve as a point of contact for candidates regarding interview scheduling and logistics • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within Greenhouse, the applicant tracking system • Generate recruiting reports and metrics directly from Greenhouse • Assist with data audits and identify or resolve missing or inaccurate information • Track follow-up items, deadlines, and action items to support team execution • Support recruiting-related scheduling and coordination • Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives • Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Recruiting and Talent Strategy and team
• Current U.S. military service member eligible to participate in the DoD SkillBridge program • Able to participate in the full 6-month apprenticeship prior to military separation • Background in administration, personnel, operations, logistics, program coordination, or a related area • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through • Comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and moving pieces • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable learning new technology and systems • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership • Comfortable handling confidential information appropriately • Interest in developing a career in business operations, administration, project coordination, or a related corporate function
• Hands-on experience in corporate administration and operations • Practical experience with business systems, including Greenhouse • Experience managing complex scheduling and coordination across multiple time zones • Exposure to recruiting operations and candidate experience • Experience working with business data, reporting, and operational metrics • Development of professional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Experience working directly with experienced business leaders in a global technology organization • Transferable skills applicable to future careers in business operations, administration, project coordination, recruiting, or related corporate functions • 6-month apprenticeship opportunity through the SkillBridge program • Opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience before leaving military service
