📋 Description

• Improve the delivery of services to the client by observing and reporting on performance and experience from an on-site-user perspective, both customer and vendor • Provide the Operations team with local insight regarding the unique needs of customers in the assigned market and the nuances of doing business with local vendors • Represent SMS in matters related to Fire/Life Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, and Disaster Recovery • Provide administrative support for in-person representation, including municipal offices and code inspections • Resolve facilities issues through local engagement on high-priority issues before client escalation • Increase adoption of SMS technology solutions by demonstrating the platform’s value to customers and vendors • Build and maintain professional client relationships and help develop and implement solutions • Manage service delivery to sites without permanent client employees, including vacant sites and off-premise ATM locations • Monitor third-party vendor work at client sites and represent SMS in accepting projects into the Facilities portfolio • Perform approved non-maintenance facilities-management tasks • Demonstrate consistent high-quality service through scheduled and unscheduled quality-assurance visits • Develop vendor relationships to achieve seamless, high-quality service and advantageous pricing • Communicate findings and recommendations based on client data with actionable conclusions • Facilitate information flow among customers, affiliates, and the SMS Operations team • Foster a positive team environment and provide coaching or mentoring as needed • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of internal and external data • Perform ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties • Travel up to 60% within the assigned geographic area

🎯 Requirements

• Possesses specific knowledge of facilities management and general knowledge of building maintenance trades • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook required • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building maintenance trades required • Bachelor’s Degree
