📋 Description

• Improve service delivery by observing and reporting client and vendor performance from an on-site-user perspective • Provide the Operations team with local insight into customer needs and local vendor business practices • Represent SMS regarding Fire/Life Safety, Environmental Health and Safety, and Disaster Recovery • Provide administrative support for in-person matters, including municipal offices and code inspections • Resolve high-priority facilities issues through local engagement before client escalation • Increase adoption of SMS technology solutions by demonstrating platform value to customers and vendors • Build and maintain client relationships and help develop and implement operational solutions • Proactively manage services at sites without permanent client employees, including vacant sites and off-premise ATM locations • Monitor third-party vendor work at client sites and represent SMS when projects enter the Facilities portfolio • Perform approved non-maintenance facilities management tasks • Conduct scheduled and unscheduled quality assurance visits • Develop vendor relationships to achieve seamless, high-quality service and advantageous pricing • Communicate findings and recommendations from client data with actionable conclusions • Facilitate information flow among customers, affiliates, and the SMS Operations team • Foster a positive team environment and may coach or mentor team members • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of internal and external data • Perform ad-hoc projects and other assigned duties • Travel up to 60% within the assigned geographic area

🎯 Requirements

• Possesses specific knowledge of facilities management and general knowledge of building maintenance trades • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance management, or building maintenance trades required • Bachelor’s Degree
