📋 Description

• Schedule and track projects for Energy Advisors, Program Managers and Program/Operations staff • Track and verify program paperwork, files and correspondence • Process payments • Perform data entry and gather, track, and assure data quality • Export predesigned reports • Support staff meetings and other program activities • Complete special projects • Ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years’ experience • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations • Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks
