📋 Description

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and service • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems • Work on residential, commercial, and light industrial HVAC applications • Complete miscellaneous home repairs as assigned • Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment • Independently handle intermediate HVAC service issues • Complete projects and assigned tasks in a timely manner • Create positive customer experiences • Identify and complete additional tasks required for service calls • Maintain service vehicle inventory • Attend service and safety meetings • Drive to multiple service locations each day • Schedule and maintain company service vehicle repairs and routine maintenance • Assist other Service Technicians with questions and troubleshooting • Complete warranty-parts processing forms • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum 4 years of previous HVAC experience • Valid state Driver’s License and auto insurance • Must pass an MVR check to drive a company vehicle • Ability to climb ladders and enter/exit attic and roof spaces • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; and 75+ lbs with assistance
