📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from patients seeking treatment • Make outbound calls to referred individuals, build rapport, and share information about Recover's services • Follow up with prospective clients needing additional outreach or awaiting insurance enrollment • Confirm insurance status using verification portals • Search and manage client records in the electronic health record, creating new charts or updating existing ones • Walk clients through enrollment documents and explain the sign-up process • Provide warm hand-offs to other resources when clients are not eligible for Recover's services • Schedule initial appointments based on client preferences for timing, provider, and format • Re-engage clients previously in treatment and help them reconnect to services • Report to the Head of Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English • 1+ year of experience in a client-facing role involving phone-based outreach, intake, admissions, scheduling, or engagement • Familiarity with healthcare • Comfortable working independently and managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and explain processes clearly • Certified or Registered Alcohol Drug Counselor (RADT, CADC-I or higher, or equivalent) — nice to have • Experience with EHR systems — nice to have • Experience in addiction treatment or behavioral health settings — nice to have • Lived experience with substance use disorders — nice to have
