📋 Description

• Lead visual design strategy for a business or product line • Create engaging, user-centered visual experiences that solve customer problems • Align and coach teams to keep customer needs and user outcomes central to design decisions • Gather, evaluate, and apply customer insights and use cases to inform design strategy • Partner with UX Researchers and UX Designers to understand user needs, define product structure, and create visual experiences • Create original visual design assets and introduce design patterns and style guides • Analyze briefs, identify problems, and develop creative solutions • Collect feedback and iterate and test solutions to improve outcomes • Use analytics, customer insights, testing results, and other data to establish metrics and guide design strategy • Build relationships with technology teams and communicate designs effectively across platforms • Mentor fellow designers and support design practice development

🎯 Requirements

• Mastery of user-centered design processes • Expert knowledge of design software such as Adobe and Sketch • Ability to create high-quality visual designs across multiple platforms • Experience collaborating with UX Researchers, UX Designers, developers, and stakeholders • Proficiency with InVision and Zeplin to communicate designs to development teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to develop new ideas, improve processes, and support implementation planning • Commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and mentoring others
