📋 Description

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment. • Use all safety equipment (PPE), vehicle and diagnostic tools provided by LG. • Conduct technical diagnosis and specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances. • Diagnose problems, assess their extent, document findings, and decide whether to repair products or replace parts. • Process paperwork and perform data entry accurately upon completion of each job. • Pre-screen next-day service calls by obtaining information to help diagnose problems before arriving at customers' homes. • Meet or exceed company metrics including customer satisfaction, fix right first time, revisits, parts management, and OT percentage. • Deliver an exceptional customer experience and represent LG professionally in customers' homes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Appliance repair preferred). • Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products). • Experience in the use of tools and diagnostic test equipment. • Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues. • Valid Driver’s license in good standing. • Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification. • Ability to meet physical requirements including continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
