📋 Description

• Travel offsite to customers' locations to perform maintenance and repair of LG's equipment. • Use all safety equipment, vehicles, and diagnostic tools provided by LG properly. • Conduct technical diagnosis and perform specialized repairs on electronics and home appliances. • Diagnose problems, assess their extent, document findings, and decide whether to repair products or replace parts. • Process paperwork and perform data entry immediately and accurately after each job. • Pre-screen next-day service calls by obtaining information to help diagnose problems before arriving at customers' homes. • Meet or exceed company metrics, including customer satisfaction, fix-right-first-time, revisits, parts management, and overtime percentage. • Represent LG professionally while delivering exceptional customer experiences in the home.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in a technical role (Appliance repair preferred). • Experience repairing major appliances (Refrigeration/sealed systems, cooking, cleaning products). • Experience in the use of tools, and diagnostic test equipment. • Ability to properly trouble-shoot, diagnose, repair and document product/system issues. • Valid Driver’s license in good standing. • Ability to obtain appropriate EPA Certification. • Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair such as continuous bending and lifting up to 50 pounds.
